I have no skills
at all in baking, so I tried the easy-to-bake cakes a.k.a. mug cakes.
With a lot of patience and determination and after several
trials...I've got my perfect Chocolate Mug Cakes.
Baking mug cake should be as easy as 1-2-3! Mix, set, and bake.
2 tbs All Purpose flour
3 tbs Sweetened Cocoa powder (Hershey's)
1 tps Baking powder
1 tbs Sugar
3 tbs Fresh milk
2 tbs Canola oil
1 Fresh egg (medium sized)
Procedures:
- MIX. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until no lumps.
- SET. Grease the microwavable mugs using butter or canola oil and pour the choco batter. Make sure the mugs are only half filled.
- BAKE. Put the mugs in the microwave and bake for 2 minutes & 30 seconds (highest temp.)
Tip:
You can make other varieties on this basic chocolate mug cake.
For
example, if you want it to be banana choco mug cake; just add one banana by thoroughly mashing it, then add it to the batter.
