Chocolate Mug Cakes

I have no skills at all in baking, so I tried the easy-to-bake cakes a.k.a. mug cakes.  With a lot of patience and determination and after several trials...I've got my perfect Chocolate Mug Cakes.

Baking mug cake should be as easy as 1-2-3! Mix, set, and bake.

Ingredients:
2 tbs All Purpose flour
3 tbs Sweetened Cocoa powder (Hershey's)
1 tps Baking powder
1 tbs Sugar
3 tbs Fresh milk
2 tbs Canola oil
1 Fresh egg (medium sized)

Procedures:
  1. MIX.  In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until no lumps.
  2. SET.  Grease the microwavable mugs using butter or canola oil and pour the choco batter.  Make sure the mugs are only half filled.
  3. BAKE.  Put the mugs in the microwave and bake for 2 minutes & 30 seconds (highest temp.)
Makes 2 servings.

Tip:  You can make other varieties on this basic chocolate mug cake.
For example, if you want it to be banana choco mug cake; just add one banana by thoroughly mashing it, then add it to the batter.

Under Process; Mug Cakes

This summer I’d been experimenting on easy-to-bake cakes a.k.a mug cakes.  I tried following some recipes I found in the internet, but for some reasons I couldn’t seem to perfect them.  So, I tried doing my own proportions of the basic ingredients.  And thank God, I think I’m close to perfecting my mug cakes.  For now, I’m still trying out several brands of the basic ingredients; thus, I can’t post anything yet about the recipes.  Please bear with me.  I want to make sure when I share the recipes of LnK’s mug cakes are spot-on.

Just keep on following LnK! :)
