My husband’s anniversary gift last time was a blender, so I could have
a healthy drink at home. And my favorite concoction is mango, apple, carrot and
orange.
At this time of the year (summer), what is the best way to cool you down? I am happy with my own cool smoothie drink.
Ingredients:
1 medium Apple (remove seeds) or Banana
½ Sunkist Orange (peeled/remove seeds)
1 medium Mango (peeled/remove seeds)
½ Carrot (peeled)
1 tsp Sugar
2 glasses Crushed Ice
¼ cup Water
Procedures:
- Slice all fruits and carrots then put in the blender.
- Add sugar and water then start the blender to mix.
- Add ice and blend until it creates smoothie texture.
- Serve while in smoothie state.
Tip: You can combine different fruits, but I prefer with mango and apple/banana always. Never combine papaya and orange, or papaya and carrot. It has an aftertaste.
